| 摘 要： | 在新的电力市场竞争环境下 ,从技术与经济的角度 ,为保证电网经济可靠运行而提供的维护频率、电压稳定的服务 ,即电力辅助服务 ,在市场化运营中 ,必须计及。对国际电力辅助服务市场化运营 ,从市场的模式、交易的方式、定价机制、调度方式等进行了比较分析与研究 ,并结合中国的国情 ,探讨了中国电力辅助服务市场模式与交易方式等问题 ,为中国电力辅助服务市场化运营提供了合理的建议

| Abstract: | Under new competitive market environment, ASM, the service of maintaining the stability of frequency and voltage to ensure stable and economical operation of the power grid from technical and economic views must be involved in the market oriented operation. The market oriented operations of SAM of different countries were analyzed and studied comparatively from aspects of market mode, transaction manner, pricing mechanism and dispatching method. Problems of market mode and transaction manner of China's ASM were discussed under the China's condition. Reasonable suggestion was put forward for market oriented operation of ASM in China. |
