轴流通风机动叶前弯对扩大稳定工况的试验研究

摘    要:对低速轴流风机中前弯宽叶片、前弯窄叶片和常规直叶片的变工况性能进行了实验研究,并详细测量了叶片进出口截面上特征参数沿叶高的分布。得出对动叶片前弯和增加弦长均可以在一定程度上提高风机的稳定工况运行范围的结论。在合理的稠度选择范围内,前弯叶片在旋转失速前最小流量点出口截面上总压损失系数减小;在进口截面上攻角沿径向分布趋于增大,扩大了稳定工作范围。

Abstract:Experimental investigation has been carried out on wide forward curved blade,slender forward curved blade and straight blade at off-design conditions in this paper.The results show that increasing the length of chord and using forward curved blade all can improve performance range,Whereas increasing the length of chord has a more important effect.With the wide forward curved blade,the distributions of general Loss coefficient and axial velocity along radial direction are further increased and the general Loss decreased effectively.
