气动钉枪内部流场PIV实验测量系统的设计

摘    要:在气动钉枪气动原理研究的基础上,根据中国某款气动钉枪的结构特点和PIV光路布置的需要,设计并制作出一款可供PIV测试的气动钉枪.另外,为确保实验的精度和可操作性,实验还设计一些辅助装置,包括固定装置、自动打钉装置以及同步控制系统等.探索出一套适合气动钉枪内部流场PIV测试研究的实验系统.

Abstract:Based on the working principle of pneumatic gun,the structure of a domestic pneumatic gun and the optical characteristics of PIV,it designs an applicable pneumatic gun in order to measure the flow field.Additionally,it develops several other experimental accessory equipments for the quality of experiment, which include a fixing device,an automatic trigger equipment and a synchronous control system.This provides a promising experimental system based on PIV technique to study flow field of pneumatic gun.
