摘    要:探讨处理废乳化液后的无机陶瓷膜的污染和清洗情况。实验发现采用碱洗-酸洗交替的方式是有效的。膜管在使用的两个月内,通过采用合理的清洗方式膜通量可稳定地保持在600-700L/(m^2·h)。

Abstract:Objective of this paper is to discuss the contamination appearance of inorganic ceramic membrane in treating waste emulsion and the cleaning performance after it is used. Alkali and acid cleaning are proved to be very efficient methods for such contaminated membrane. And temperature is very important in cleaning of the membrane. By using suitable cleaning methods, the membrane flux can be maintained within 600-700 L/(m^2·h) in two months.
