摘    要:文章介绍了高清视频图像处理中系统对数据高速读写的要求及一些SDRAM处理高速数据应用的技巧。在应用这些技巧的基础上给出了一种在高清视频解码中的SDRAM控制器的实现方案,经验证,该方案可以大幅度提高存储器的数据读写效率,并在国内第一款能够支持中国自主音视频编码标准AVS(草案)的解码芯片“凤芯一号”中得到实际应用。

Abstract:This thesis introduces the demand of system on high-speed data reading when decoding high-definition video signals and some application tricks on high speed data management of SDRAM. On the foundation of these application tricks, the thesis offers a sort of implement precept of SDRAM controller within the area of high definition audio decoding.It has been proved that the precept can ont only improve extensively memorizer's efficiency of data reading, but also can found its application on the lifview series which is our country's first decoder chip that can supply china's independent audio video_decoding standard AVS.
