| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯树脂与阻燃剂及可染改性剂共混纺丝的方法,制备了具有阻燃和可染双功能的聚丙烯纤维.讨论了添加量及工艺过程因素对功能性的影响.结果表明,改性后的纤维氧指数(IOI)达到27.8%,上染率达到73.88%,纤维的断裂强度稍有下降.

| Abstract: | The tintable fire retarded polypropylene fibre were prepared by the blend of fire retardant and tintable modifier into polypropylene.The influence of the quantity of the additive and the technics process factor on the functionality were discussed.The results showed that the LOI of the modified fibre was reached 27.8%,the dyeing rate of the modified fibre was reached 73.88%,the rupture strength of the polypropylene fiber was decreasing a little. |
