重型综放工作面无预回撤通道快速撤出技术

摘    要:安家岭二号井工矿重型综放工作面,因架型体积大、吨位重,借鉴神华集团开采经验,采用预回撤通道法进行工作面快速撤出.但在该矿B902综放面使用该方法时,回撤通道被整体压垮、液压支架被压死.针对预回撤通道法存在的问题,通过对工作面矿压显现规律及合理终采位置的分析研究,B902综放面采用采煤机扩帮法制造回撤通道法进行工作面撤出.实践表明,结合无轨胶轮辅助运输技术,重型综放工作面无预回撤通道可以实现快速撤出.

Abstract:The fully mechanized top coal caving mining faces in Anjialing No.2 Mine are were heavy coal mining face. Due to the large volume and high tonnage of the hydraulic powered supports, with the mining experiences of Shenhua Group, a special pre-excavated gateway method for the face equipment removing was applied to the face equipment rapid removing.
