往复压缩机管道系统振动计算方法的研究

摘    要:以波动方程和振型向量方程的基本理论为基础,对复杂管系进行模拟分析得到管道内气柱和结构的前六阶固有频率和振型,并判断管系是否共振,进而识别产生振动的原因。这种计算方法将复杂管道作为整体来研究,能为管系的动态设计和减振提供理论依据。

Study on Vibration Calculation Method for Reciprocating Compressor Pipeline System

Abstract:Based on wave equation and vibration vector equation,the simulation analysis of complex pipelines was implemented to obtain natural frequency and vibration mode in the first six stages within pipelines so as to identify covibration and its causes.This calculation method which taking complex pipelines as a whole can provide the basis for dynamic design and vibration reduction of the piping system.
