蒸发式冷凝器蒸发量的测量计算

摘    要:针对喷淋区水风逆流的特点,应用可在喷淋区气水分离、采样湿空气并同时测量喷淋区干湿球温度的装置,编制了计算湿空气空气状态参数和迭代求解反函数的程序。工业实测表明,利用该装置能有效分离水和空气,准确测出喷淋区空气的干湿球温度,并能据此正确计算蒸发式冷凝器喷淋区蒸发量、管束区蒸发量和填料区蒸发量。

Evaporation Measurement and Calculation for Evaporative Condenser

Abstract:Based on characteristics of the counter air-water flow in spraying zone,the thermocouple measurement device which separating air from water,sampling moist air and measuring temperatures simultaneously was applied; and the programs which calculating the moist air' s state parameters and solving their inverse function was written.The practical measurement proves its effectiveness in separation and measurement and accordingly,the evaporation capacity in the spraying zone,tube bundles and packing zone can be calculated accurately.
