| 摘 要： | 通过搅拌不同浓度的CMC溶液,研究了新型柱形圆盘涡轮搅拌桨在直径300mm的搅拌槽内的部分搅拌性能。利用实验仪器测出不同转速下的扭矩,进而计算出对应的搅拌功率N、功率准数Np和雷诺数Re,然后借助excel绘制出Re-Np的关系图;借助Matlab软件进行线性回归,得出Re-Np的关联式,并在双对数坐标上绘制出其关系图,可知Re<10时,Np与Re呈现负相关;Re>10时,Np随Re的增加下降趋势变缓。

| Abstract: | Basing on mixing CMC solution of different concentrations,and in a 300mm-agitator bath,the performance of turbine impeller with cylindrical disk was studied,in which,having the torque at different rotate speeds detected with an experimental apparatus,and the corresponding stirring power N,the power number Np and the Reynolds number Re calculated to draw Re-Np relation map with the help of excel; and making use of Matlab,having linear regression implemented to get Re-Np correlation and to draw relation map between them in the double logarithmic coordinate.It shows that,when Re ＜ 10,Np and Re has negative correlation; and when Re ＞ 10,the Np＇ s decrease becomes slower with the increase of Re. |
