凝结时间对乳化沥青冷再生混合料性能影响研究

摘    要:利用路面废旧混合料,加入乳化沥青和新集料重新拌和的乳化沥青冷再生技术,已被国人所知和接受,但不同类型的乳化剂对冷再生混合料性能有何影响研究较少,通过对比慢裂慢凝型、慢裂中凝型、慢裂快凝型三种不同凝结速度的慢裂乳化沥青冷再生混合料的体积指标和劈裂强度,结果表明,慢裂中凝型乳化沥青体积指标和劈裂强度试验结果最优。

RESEARCH ON INFLUENCE OF CURING TIME ON PERFORMANCE OF COLD RECYCLED EMULSIFIED ASPHALT MIXTURE

Abstract:Emulsified asphalt cold recycle technique which mixes pavement waste mixture, emulsified asphalt and new aggre- gates together has been introduced to and accepted in China, but seldom research has been made on the influence of different emulsifying agents on cold recycled mixture. Comparison is carried out between volume index and splitting strength of cold recycled slow - breaking emulsified asphalt mixtures with three different curing speeds, including slow breaking and slow curing, slow breaking and medium curing, slow breaking and rapid curing. The comparison result indicates that emulsified asphalt with slow breaking and medium curing has the best volume index and splitting strength.
