摘    要:苏州LWGJ公寓式酒店项目位于苏州市吴江区苏震桃公路吴江入口处,西临太湖,框架核心筒结构,桩筏基础,基坑工程开挖深度达7.95~9.85m,局部坑深达到11.15m,设计主要采用SMW工法桩+旋喷搅拌加劲桩支护形式,施工过程中通过准确定位桩位、锚筋张拉锁定、合理控制喷浆总量等控制措施,各项监测数据均未达到报警值,未出现任何安全隐患,完成了工期目标,节约了成本。

Abstract:LWGJ Apartment Hotel is located near the Wujiang Entrance of Suzhentao (Suzhou-Zhenze-Taoyuan) Highway in Wujiang District, Suzhou City, and it is adjacent to the Taihu Lake at west. It adopts frame-core tube structure and pile-raft foundation. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is 7.95m to 9.85m, even reaches 11.15m at local position. SMW pile plus rotary jet grouting mixing stiffening pile are used for support and protection of the foundation pit. During construction, various monitoring data are successfully controlled below the alarm limit and potential safety hazard is effectively avoided through accurate pile positioning, anchor bar tensioning and locking, reasonable control of total grouting amount, etc. The construction schedule is guaranteed and construction cost is obviously saved.
