质量功能展开应用研究

质量功能展开是一种利用矩阵，将产品各项经济技术指标对产品质量的影响进行量化分析，从而将市场对产品的质量需求转化为相关的技术要求和管理要求的方法。通过对北京某建筑工程质量波动较大的混凝土分项工程的施工过程进行质量功能展开，采用质量屋的形式，量化分析混凝土的质量要求与采取不同工程措施的质量保证率，为在特定条件下，采用自密实混凝土施工工艺提供决策依据。

APPLICATION OF QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT ANALYSIS

Quality Function Deployment （QFD） is a method which makes matrix- based quantitative analysis on influences of various economic and technical indexes on product quality and then transfer the market requirement for product qual- ity into related technical requirements and management requirements. After quality function deployment of subdivi- sional concrete construction which has obvious quality fluctuation in an architectural project in Beijing, quantitative analysis based on the house of quality is carried out on quality requirement of concrete and quality assurance rate of different engineering measures, to provide basis for determination of self- compaction concrete construction process under specific conditions.
