高处双曲异型大截面环梁模板体系施工技术

摘    要:阿尔及利亚BARAKI体育场看台顶层通过2.4m高的空间环梁在看台大斜梁的顶端将下部68榀斜框架连接在一起,形成看台的斜框架结构体系。2.4m高环梁截面不规则,为空间双曲线结构,距地面的高度21-31m,环梁在空间形成一个闭合的椭圆。通过优化环梁模板和支撑体系的设计,精心组织,优质高效地完成了复杂模板体系的施工。

Abstract:On the top floor of the stand of Algeria BARAKI Stadium, the 68-truss oblique frames are connected together through 2.4m-high spatial ring beam on the top of stand oblique beam, to form an oblique frame structure system of the stand. The 2.4m-high ring beam with irregular section, 21-31m above the ground, is a spatial hyperbolic structure and forms a closed oval space. The complex formwork system is successfully and effectively constructed through design optimization and careful organization of ring beam formwork and supporting system.
