PSC100型旋风单管多相分离性能的实验研究

摘    要:为研究流动参数对多相分离性能的影响,选用PSC100型旋风单管在常温常压下进行性能实验研究。结果表明:在气固液三相分离实验中,液相和固相分离效率比单独的气液、气固两相实验中液相和固相的分离效率分别增加1%、5%;液相分离效率受固相进料浓度的影响不大,固相分离效率受固相进料浓度的影响较大;在气液分离实验中,分离效率随入口流量的增大出现一个极大值,为99.6%。

Abstract:To investigate the flow parameter' s effect on multiphase separation,the PSC100 cyclone with single tube was taken for performance research at normal temperature and pressure.The results shows that,compared to both gas-liquid and gas-solid separation,in gas-solid-liquid separation experiment,the liquid and solid separation efficiency can be increased by 1% and 5 % respectively; and the feed solid concentration less influences the liquid-phase separation efficiency but greatly influences the solid-phase separation efficiency.In gas-liquid separation experiment,the maximum value of separation efficiency stays at 99.6% when the separation efficiency rises with the increase of inlet flow.
