中频炉炉衬材料的选择及影响炉衬寿命的因素

摘    要:介绍了中频感应电炉炉衬材料的选用要求,分析了打结工艺、熔炼温度、熔炼材质、熔炼操作、熔渣侵蚀等对炉衬寿命的影响.通过选用适合的炉衬材料,执行严格的筑炉烘烤操作工艺,制定合理的熔炼工艺,采用新型辅助材料,以延长炉衬使用寿命,实现节能、降耗.

Abstract:The choice of lining materials for medium-frequency induction furnace was introduced. The effects of ramming process, melting temperature, melting materials, melting operation and slag erosion on the lining life were analyzed. By choosing suitable lining materials, carrying out furnace building and baking process strictly, making reasonable smelting process and using new auxiliary material, the service life of furnace lining is prolonged to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
