| Abstract: | For developing socialist marketing economy, it is quite necessary to govern our country and to conduct the administration in accordance with law. In the article, the writer suggests several mea- sures which may ensure the use of law, such as to raise the cadres' consciousness of law, to play the leading role of cadres,and to implement the general policies. |
