| 摘 要： | 基于小西煤矿3107运输顺槽掘进的3#煤层稳定性差,顶板破碎严重,巷道掘进期间两帮收敛量大等现象,小西煤矿对传统锚索工字钢梁支护设计主要存在的问题进行分析,并提出了高强度JW型锚索梁支护,通过实际应用效果来看,该支护增加顶板护顶面积,防止了钢梁切顶破坏作用,控制了顶板下沉、离层现象,使两帮收敛量控制在400 mm以下,具有显著应用成效。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the bad stability,serious broken roof and large convergence of two sides during excavating in 3107 transport crossheading of Xiaoxi Colliery,the author proposes the support with high-strength JW-typed cable-beam anchorage by analysis of the existing problems of traditional support design with anchor cable and I-typed steel beam,which can increase the roof protection area,preventing the roof cutting failure of steel beam and controlling the roof subsidence and separation with less than 0.4 m convergence of two sides. |
