汾源煤业运输大巷顶板变形及控制研究

摘    要:汾源煤业5#煤层运输大巷在掘进过程中,顶板变形较大,且常有冒顶发生,严重影响着巷道围岩的稳定性和施工过程的安全。为保证巷道的顺利掘进,本文探究了5#煤层运输大巷顶板的变形特征,分析了顶板变形的原因,提出“注浆+锚杆(索)+金属网+U型钢支架”的顶板控制方案,并对围岩表面变形情况进行监测。监测结果显示,顶板变形量大幅度减小,顶板变形得到的基本控制。

Abstract:Aiming at the roof deformation and fall,which seriously affected the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and the construction safety,during transport roadway excavation at No.5 coal seam of Fenyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the paper explores the roof deformation characteristics,analyses the reasons for the roof deformation,and proposes a roof control plan with"grouting,anchor(cable),metal mesh and U-shaped steel support",whose practical monitoring results show that the roof deformation is greatly reduced and the roof deformation is basically controlled,guaranteeing the stability of the roadway surrounding rock.
