水力压裂切顶卸压技术在干河煤矿的应用

摘    要:为解决干河煤矿σHvh型构造应力场下2-2092巷在回采过程中超前影响段变形严重的问题,通过理论分析确定了水力压裂钻孔的最优布置参数为倾角50°、方位角90°、孔深40.5 m、孔距800 mm.在2-2092巷道内应用该钻孔布置参数进行水力压裂切顶卸压试验研究后发现:水力压裂段较非压裂段的底鼓量、顶板下沉量、两帮移近...

Abstract:To solve the severe deformation of the leading influence section at 2-2092 lane under theσHvh tectonic stress field in Ganhe Collier,the author determines the optimal arrangement parameters of the hydraulic fracturing borehole with 50°inclination angle and 90°azimuth angle,40.5 m hole depth,800mm hole distance by theoretical analysis,whose experimental practice shows the floor heave,the roof sinking,and the convergence of two sides in hydraulic fracturing section is lower than the non-fracturing section by 59.4%,51.2%and 38.9%respectively;and the deformation of surrounding rock in the affected section of the roadway is controlled within the allowable range with significant pressure relief effect.
