| 摘 要： | 在原有综掘设备基础上,加装机载锚杆钻机、随机液压迈步式超前支护系统,实现掘锚一体化。首先针对综掘机机载锚杆钻机受力状况进行数值模拟研究,得到截割臂上端布置式机载锚杆钻机、两侧布置式机载锚杆钻机均可满足综掘机掘进支护需要,然后选用了配套超前支护系统与连续运输设备,组成了掘锚一体化设备系统,并在回坡底煤矿进行实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果,实现了安全高效生产。

| Abstract: | Through numerical simulation on the stress,it is concluded that the two types of airborne roof bolter arranged on the top and on the two sides of cutting arm--can meet the needs of excavation and support of fully mechanized excavators.And the matching advanced support system,continuous transportation equipment and fully mechanized tunneling machine are selected to form the integrated equipment of driving and bolting applied in Huipodi Colliery,which achieves good application effect and realizes safe and efficient production. |
