平山煤矿3号煤层带压开采安全评价

摘    要:针对平山煤矿3号煤层存在突水事故的风险,采用理论计算结合工作面地质条件,确定井田内3号煤层底板标高在+270~+440 m,而奥灰水位标高为+509~+518 m,全部处于奥灰岩溶水带压开采,3号煤层最大突水系数为0.034 MPa,井田内所有点突水系数均小于0.06 MPa;断层隔水煤柱留设宽度应为72.7 m;煤层底板抗隔水条件较好,做好断层、陷落柱及其导水性的探查、治理工作,可保证安全开采。

Abstract:In view of the risk of water inrush accident in No.3 coal seam of Pingshan Colliery,the theoretical calculation combined with the specific geological conditions of the working face is used to determine that the floor elevation of No.3 coal seam is 270~440 m,and the elevation of Ordovician limestone water level is 509~518 m.All of them are under the pressure of Ordovician limestone.The maximum water inrush coefficient of No.3 coal seam is 0.034 MPa.Results show that the water inrush coefficient of all points in the mine field is less than 0.06 MPa;the reserved width of water resisting coal pillar of fault should be 72.7 m;the water resisting condition of coal seam floor is good;the exploration and treatment of fault,collapse column and their water conductivity can ensure safe mining.
