大采高一次采全高工作面技术问题分析及优化

摘    要:为保证大采高工作面安全高效回采,针对18204工作面大采高一次采全高工作面回采期间容易出现片帮冒顶、支架不稳和滚矸等情况进行分析,有针对性的采用三机配套、优化回采工艺、弱化坚硬顶板、煤层注水、注浆加固综合措施。实践证明,采取综合措施后,18204大采高工作面在回采期间,煤墙片帮、漏顶现象减少,工作面液压支架未出现倒架、咬架情况,工作面回采率提高至95%。

Abstract:Aiming at the rib spalling,unstable support and rolling gangue in full-height mining at 18204 large-mining-height working face,the author proposes the comprehensive measures of three mechanical equipment coordination,mining technology optimization,hard roof weakening,water injection in coal seam and grouting reinforcement,which can reduce the coal wall rib spalling and roof leakage,prevent the hydraulic support fall or bite,and increase the stoping rate to 95%.
