回采巷道掘进过断层围岩控制技术探讨

摘    要:汾源煤业5-1021巷掘进要通过两条断层;为保证巷道的顺利掘进,需及时跟进掌控断层处围岩特征;通过分析围岩失稳的原因,提出"注浆+锚杆(索)+金属网+U型钢支架+喷砼"的围岩控制方案,以及工作面过断层方案;方案实施后对围岩表面变形情况进行跟踪监测;监测结果表明,断层位置处围岩表面变形量不大,巷道围岩的稳定性良好;能确保...

Abstract:To guarantee the smooth driving to cross two faults at 5-1021 roadway of Fenyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the surrounding rock control scheme with grouting,bolt or boltmesh,metal net,U-type steel support and shotcrete by analysis of surrounding rock instability causes,whose practical monitoring results show it can ensure the safety fault crossing with low surrounding rock surface deformation and good stability.
