真空练泥机真空度降低的原因及其解决途径

摘    要:在陶瓷泥料的配方、含水率、颗粒级别及其级配比例适宜的条件下,真空度降低的原因主要有:真空室密封接触面加工装配处理不当;搅泥螺旋终止处与筛板之间的距离不适宜;挤泥轴用轴承的密封不严;真空练泥机及真空泵的操作和维修保养不规范等。实际经验表明,提高途径主要有:真空室相连接处的各静密封表面都应加工至规定的尺寸精度、形状位置精度及适宜的表面光洁度;密封表面连接时还应衬以弹性较好的丁腈橡胶垫或真空橡胶垫等;适当延长搅泥螺旋终止处与筛板之间的距离(通常为50~80mm);建议采用两组丁腈橡胶"V"形组合密封圈密封挤泥轴用轴承;尽可能缩短真空管路,最好是将真空泵安装在真空练泥机的旁边,并尽量少用或不用弯曲管路、弯头、异径管接头、三通及四通等;严格按相关规程操作、维修和保养。

Abstract:The cause of vacuum reduction at appropriate body composition,moisture content and particle size dispersion are attributed to: improper finishing of sealing surfaces,improper gap between auger end and sieve plate,untight sealing of auger shaft bearing,improper service and maintenance of vacuum press and pump etc.Practice shows the way of vacuum enhancement as follows: machining all sealing surfaces to specified precision in dimension,location and form as well as smoothness,application of elastic butadiene rubber or vacuum rubber gasket,increase the gap between auger end and sieve plate up to 50~80 mm,application of two set of V-shaped gasket at auger shift bearing,as more as possible decrease the vacuum pipe length,preferable installation of vacuum pump by the vacuum press,preferable declination from usage of bended pipeline,elbow,pipe tee and cross pipe,operation and maintenance of press strictly in accordance with relevant instructions.
