Al—Si,Al—Mn复合脱氧的实验研究

摘    要:经济有效的脱氧方法历来为冶金工作者所关注。本文阐述了采用Al-Si、Al-Mn复合脱氧剂代替钝铝作转炉终脱氧剂的模拟试验,结果表明,复合脱氧剂比纯铝脱氧更为有效,尤其是Al-Mn脱氧产物更易去除。因此,认为Al-Mn是性能较好的一种复合脱氧剂。

Abstract:Economical and effective deoxidation of liquid steel is always the keypoint that metallurgists pay attention to. In this paper, the simulated experiment of deoxidation in which Al-Si or Al-Mn complex deoxidizers replace pure aluminium as final deoxidizers is described. The experimental results indicate: deoxidation with Al-Si or Al-Mn is more efficient than that with pure aluminium. Especially, the removal of deoxidation products with Al-Mn is easier than that with Al-Si or pure aluminium. Therefore, Al-Mn is regarded as one kind of complex deoxidizer with good properties.
