新型拉丝模的研究

摘    要:设计出以指数方程表示的拉丝模新孔型,给出各道次拉丝模尺寸及磨针尺寸,将新孔型和直线型拉丝模在生产中进行对比,结果表明:使用新孔型拉丝模作业,拉拔各道次的电机平均工作电流比使用直线型拉丝模时小,说明采用新拉丝模可以减小拉拔力;使用新孔型拉丝模时的出线温度比使用直线型拉丝模时低,说明拉拔时钢丝与工作锥的摩擦生热较少;使用新孔型拉丝模时,模具直径和出线直径的变化量更接近,说明拉拔过程中引起的超差现象比使用直线型拉丝模时有所减轻;2种拉丝模生产出的钢丝力学性能指标基本相同。

Abstract:New wire drawing die hole type expressing with exponential equation is designed.The wire drawing size and grinding needle size of every pass are given.New type and straight type wire drawing dies are compared in production,the results show that using new hole type wire drawing die to produce,the motor working electricity of every pass in drawing is smaller than that with straight type die,it indicates using new die can decrease drawing force;wire exiting temperature is lower using new hole type die than using straight type die,it indicates friction heat producing by steel wire friction with die is fewer using new hole type die to draw;the change value of die diameter is near to exit wire diameter when using new hole type die to draw,which indicates over tolerance phenomena is decreased using new die.The mechanical properties index are similar using two kind of dies.
