BPR与ERP的互动关系

ERP既是一种新型的管理思想和模式 ,又是一套先进的计算机管理系统。它能对企业的多种资源进行规划、统筹和控制 ,从而达到增加企业竞争力的目的。 BPR强调对现有的业务流程进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计 ,以建立全新的过程型组织结构 ,促使经营管理水平得到改善。将 BPR开展与ERP实施结合 ,对企业进行改造以提高其竞争力是一个充满挑战的课题 ,必须选择合适的时机、适当的方法和正确的途径 ,否则将事与愿违。根据 BPR的基本思想和 ERP的基本原理 ,结合中国企业的实际情况 ,分析了企业开展 BPR与 ERP实施之间的关系、策略 ,认为 BPR与 ERP在现代企业建设中互相依赖、互相促进 ,只有把两者紧密结合起来 ,才能取得促进创新 ,提高效益的良好效果

The Interacting Relation of BPR and ERP

ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) is not only an advanced computer software, but also a new management idea and model. It offers an overall planning and a strict controlling of the resources in the enterprise with the aim to boost its competency. BPR (Business Process Reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process and therefore basically redesigns the current working process of the corporation in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service. It is an important issue for enterprises to study BPR and ERP to increase their abilities of competition. This paper develops the definition,principles and the path of BPR and ERP.And then the relationship of BPR and ERP is discussed. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of the Chinese corporations, we get the conclusion that the interaction of BPR and ERP is the inexorable trend of the development of modern enterprise management.
