摘    要:提出了一种熔断器老化状态多因子检测系统,可以通过多种检测手段对熔断器当前的状态进行全方位的测试。通过分析所得到的"电流-温度"曲线、"电流-温升速度"曲线、熔断电流特性曲线以及电阻变化量等检测结果,结合X-RAY检测、解体SEM检测的结果,能够综合地判定熔断器的老化状态。

Abstract:A multi-factorial aging condition inspecting system of fuse was proposed.The current status of fuses could be tested comprehensive by this system,and the current-temperature curves,current-temperature rise rate curves,protection characteristics and the variation of resistances were received.Combining with the results of X-RAY inspection and SEM(Scanning Electron Microscopy) micro-detection,the aging condition of fuses could be identified.
