| 摘 要： | 以通用检测平台为基础,研究了某型设备控制装置单板的测试方法。采用先进的电路仿真软件对电路板进行了原理仿真、测试仿真,确定了电路板的测试思路、测试方法。根据测试需要,提出了特殊激励信号的产生方法。最后,对该电路板进行了实际的测试验证,所得波形满足电路板的功能要求,结果证实了测试方法的有效性与合理性。

| Abstract: | It takes the research on test method of boards in one kind of apparatus's control device based on the general test platform.It adopts the advanced circuit emluator software to empolder the principle emulation and testing emulation of the circuit board in apparatus's control device,confirms the testing idea,testing method of the circuit board and analyses the method of special inspiriting signals generation according to the test request.Finally,taking the circuit board into the actual testing,the deferent waves satisfy the function request of the circuit board.The result proves the validity and rationality of the method. |
