| 摘 要： | 建立了包含人员柔性、机床柔性、路径选择柔性以及信息处理技术这四种情况的总体柔性模型，并且采用经济性指标定量柔性。证明了该总体柔性模型的收敛性，利用计算机对该模型进行了求解。研究了企业系统总体柔性与内部各柔性影响因素的关系，并作出了有效的经济性评判，从而作出企业柔性改造的决策。

| Abstract: | On the base of abstract of manufacturing enterprise system, an integrated flexibility model including labor flexibility, machine flexibility, routing flexibility and information technology , is built, and the total flexibility is measured by economic index. Through the example , the model is solved on the computer and the flexibility of the system has been gained. The work of this paper can help the enterprise in economic evaluation when the enterprises' total flexibility is wanted to be promoted. |
