大孔树脂吸附分离丹参提取液中丹酚酸B的工艺研究

摘    要:对国内几种大孔吸附树脂的丹酚酸B吸附性能进行了实验筛选。结果表明。YWD06树脂有较好的吸附和洗脱能力;适宜吸附条件:pH值控制在4-5、流速为2BV/h;以70%乙醇为洗脱剂,pH值=5、流速为3BV/h时,洗脱效果好。

Abstract:A series of the domestic macro reticular adsorbents were compared on their adsorption properties of curcumine from Salvanobic acid B.The appropriate adsorption condition were:pH=4-5,flow rate 2BV/h.When 70%alcohol was used as eluent,pH=5,flow rate 3BV/h,the effect of desorption was satisfactory.
