摘    要:随着国内工业自动化的高速发展,打造可视化车间,实时监控现场生产和设备状态,使管理者远程了解和控制物料、设备、人员等工厂资源,已被众多大型企业提上公司管理议程。此外,MES系统还可与ERP/DCS系统全面集成,为企业搭建一个生产制造平台,实现对生产全过程的管理。

Abstract:With the rapid development of domestic industrial automation,a visualization workshop and the real-time monitoring of field production & equipment status have been put on the agenda of many large enterprises,which can help the managers remotely understand and control material,equipment,personnel and other plant resources.Besides,the MES system can also be fully integrated with ERPDCS system to build a manufacturing platform for the enterprise,in order to achieve the administration of the whole production process.
