摘    要:采用紫外线结合氯化锂以及硫酸二乙酯结合氯化锂2种常规诱变方法对刺糖多孢菌进行复合诱变,分别筛选鼠李糖抗性突变株、2-脱氧-D-葡萄糖抗性突变株和刺糖菌素抗性突变株,并结合自然分离纯化,最终获得高产菌株D-S-23,其产量达N89.57 mg/L,较出发菌株提高了104.3%.

Abstract:The two routine methods of combined mutagenesis treatment,UV binding lithium chloride and diethyl sulfate binding lithium chloride,were used to mutagenize saccharopolyspora spinosa.some mutants resistant to rhamnose,2-deoxy-D-glucose and spinosad were screened respectively.Combining natural isolation and purification,mutant strain D-s-23 was selected.compared with the original strain,the titers of selected strain reached 89.57 mg/l,and the yield was increased by 104.3%.
