高压辊磨工艺在选矿生产中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了高压辊磨机破碎原理、主要特点及典型工艺流程,讨论了该工艺在国内外的发展情况。对某选矿厂建设项目高压辊磨机选型进行试验研究,高压辊磨5mm闭路碎磨产品-3mm含量近80%,-0.24mm细粒级粉矿含量近30%,球磨邦德功指数降低了13.64%。验证了高压辊磨工艺产品粒度细粉矿含量高、高效节能等显著优点。

Abstract:This paper principle, the main characteristics and typical process of High pressure grinding roll, and discussed the development of the technology at home and abroad. Based on selection experimental studies of one mineral processing plant , -3mm content Nearly 80% of 5mm closed-circuit grinding,-0.24mm powder ore content Nearly 30% ,the Bondkoma index isdecreased by 13.64%. Fine powder with high contenting , high efficiency and energy saving is validated.
