河西地区新能源与电网发展之间的问题分析

针对河西地区大规模新能源建设发展引起的发电企业之间及发电企业与电网企业之间的矛盾进行剖析，提出了解决问题的方法和建议，指出政府应综合协调兼顾各方利益，对新能源、常规电源、调峰电源以及电网建设统筹规划、科学配置、有序发展，营建和谐电网，使新能源、常规电源及电网发展相互促进，逐渐步入良性循环的共同发展轨道。

tudies on Renewable Energy Development and Power Grid Expansion in the Hexi Region

To address the interest conflicts among the power generators and between the power generators and power grid operators caused by larger-scale renewable energy development in Hexi region, this paper analyzes the contractions and proposes some suggestions and solutions. The paper concludes that the government should take into account the interests of all parties, integrates and balances new energy, conventional power and peak power with overall planning, scientific configuration and orderly development programs to cultivate a harmonious environment for development of new energy, conventional power and power grids so that all the involved sectors can gradually be on the track of the common development of virtuous circle.
