深部巷道底鼓控制技术研究

摘    要:针对深部开采矿井巷道底板塑性区范围大、底鼓严重的问题,以龙煤集团东海煤矿五采区变电硐室为研究对象,采用数值模拟软件对该巷道底板锚杆支护的效果进行分析研究,并进行了现场试验,试验巷道在开掘4个月后,顶底板移近量为100 mm,且巷道围岩已基本稳定,研究结果表明,底锚技术能有效控制岩石巷的底鼓现象。这一结果对实际工程具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In deep mining, the problems of serious floor heave and large plastic area in mining roadway. In order to study on the engineering problems further more, the central switching room of No 5 mining area of Dong Hai coal in Dragon Coal Group is studied. The support effect is analyzed by methods of field observation and finite element simulation. Results show that the displacement between roof and bottom is 100mm in the experimantal roadway, and the surrounding rock is stable on the whole.Corresponding solution shows that bottom anchor support is effective to control floor heave. The research has some reference value to the actual engineering.
