高炉炉衬侵蚀机理的研究

摘    要:采用SEM、XRD、EDS等显微分析方法,对某公司6号高炉炉缸和炉底砖衬进行了侵蚀机理的研究。6号高炉长寿主要原因是炉衬良好的导热性和Ti(CN)的保护,而导致炉衬破损的主要原因是热应力作用,以及铁水、钾、钠和锌对碳砖的侵蚀,且钾的侵蚀比钠的更严重。金属铅主要以气态和液态的单质形式,通过砖衬的原始气孔进行渗透,很好地填充于炭砖孔隙。

Abstract:Use of the analysis of SEM, XRD, EDS, research on No. 6 blast lining damage investigation and microscopic analysis. No.6 blast longevity main reason is lining good thermal conductivity and Ti (C N) protection. And lead to furnace lining damage is the main reason of the thermal stress function, molten iron, K, Na, Pb and Zn of carbon brick of erosion, and the erosion is more serious than the Na, K. Metallic lead mainly gaseous and liquid simple substance form, through the brick lining of the original porosity on penetration, be filled with brick lining dense structure.
