| 摘 要： | 在风险条件下，研发机构的项目选型决策受到各种因素的影响。有些研发机构倾向于应用项目研究，而有些倾向于基础项目研究。就两类相互独立的项目分析风险规避型研发机构的决策行为及相应的影响因素对其作用结果，并给出各种条件下所对应的结论。同时给出：对于风险较大的基础研究项目需要相应的风险分散承担机制。

| Abstract: | On the basis of risk, what kind of projects will be choose for the Research and Development (R&D) Institutes depends on the influences of many factors. Some R&D Institutes intend to applied research projects and the others prefer to basic research projects.Based on two kinds of mutual independent projects, this paper analyses the decision of risk evaded R&D Institutes and the influences made by the relevant factors. Finally,different conclusions corresponding to different conditions are given.At the same time, this paper points out that basic research projects with high level risk needs the appropriate mechanism for risk distracted and beared. |
