乳酸改性的聚乙二醇泡沫材料的降解性能

摘    要:以聚乙二醇400(PEG400)为原料,合成了乳酸改性聚醚酯泡沫材料,考察了它的降解性能。结果表明, 降解率随降解时间的增长而增大,随乳酸/PEG400摩尔比增大而增大;在热水中降解较快,在磷酸盐缓冲溶 液中降解较慢,在脂肪酶溶液中介于两者之间,并与交联剂用量有关;PEG400在实验条件下几乎不降解。

Abstract:Using polyethylene glycol (PEG) 400 modified with lactic acid, the polyether-ester type poly-usethane foam was prepared, and its degradation properties were investigated under different testing conditions and compared with that of PEG400. The results showed that the degradation rate increased with the degradation time and the molar ratio of lactic acid/PEG400. The degradation rate was found to be faster in the hot water, moderate in the lipase solution and slower in the buffer solution of phosphoric acid. The added amount of cross-linking agent also affected the degradation rate, but the PEG400 almost didn't degrade under the above conditions.
