| 摘 要： | 通过对多种城市经营模式的研究，指出城市经营内涵主要体现在公共产品经营，以武汉城市交通设施经营为例说明其具体应用，重点探讨了武汉城市交通设施资源现状和经营过程中供需矛盾突出问题，并提出相应的三种对策：开拓信托、BOT及融资租赁等多种融资方式；利用城市交通设施周边土地增值收益；开发城市交通设施无形资源。

| Abstract: | After studying several kinds of urban management models, that the public goodsmanagement is the key of urban management is presented. Thecity transportation resource management in Wuhan is taken as an example to interpret how to operate city public goods management. The current status of the city transportation resource in Wuhan is concerned, and the main problem of the contradiction betweentransportation supply and practical requirement is pointed out. Then three counter-measures are put forward, which are as the followings: exploiting various financing ways such as Affiance, BOT and Financing Tenancy; making useof the land incrementincome around the city transportation resource; developing the immateriality resource of the city transportation. |
