防渗碳无氰镀铜的缺陷及对策

摘    要:经过3年多的工艺试验和试生产,已采用碱性无氰预镀铜/柠檬酸盐镀铜的新工艺,取代了氰化镀铜的旧工艺。但无氰镀铜工艺自身存在不少缺陷,经大胆创新,反复试验,不断找出对策,基本解决了生产中的缺陷,使无氰镀铜对车辆重载传动零件防渗碳镀铜大生产正常进行了2年。镀覆了近百个品种,上万个零件,防渗碳合格率〉98%,充分证明无氰镀铜新工艺是成功的,完全能够取代氰化镀铜旧工艺。

Abstract:The modern technology of non cyanide alkaline copper pre-plating and citrate copper plating was applied to replace the old-fashioned technology of cyanide plating copper in this paper. But the technology of non-cyanide copper plating itself exist quite a few deficiencies. Yet, after a serial of bold renovations and repeated experiments, the countermeasures have heen found and the deficiencies of production are basically solved. Thus, the technology of non-cyanide copper plating has made the vehicle heavy load transmission parts produced by carburization prevention copper plating into a normal mass production for two years. It has coated nearly a hundred different articles and over ten thousand different parts. The qualified rate of carburization prevention has reached 98 percent and more. That has fully proved the modern technology of noncyanide copper plating is a successful one, and it is totally capable of replacing the old fashioned technology of cyanide plating copper.
