探讨锅炉一次风粉浓度监测仪表的改进

摘    要:锅炉一次风管的风量、给粉量的大小及均匀程度,均对锅炉的安全经济运行有着重要的影响,为此,摘要介绍锅炉一次风粉浓度监测的原理、组成结构及其存在的问题,并提出了一次风粉浓度监测仪表的通信方式采用数据采集和显示功能分离的改进方案。改进后的锅炉一次风粉浓度监测仪表可靠性明显提高,数据处理能力增强,日常维护方便。

Abstract:The amount and uniformity of air and pulverized coal in boiler primary air pipes have an important influence on the boiler safety and economics. In this paper,the principle of pulverized coal density monitoring for boiler primary air is briefly described along with the configuration and existing problems of the instrument for the said purpose. After the implementation of an improving program that separates field data collection from data display,the instrument makes great progress in its reliability,data processing ability and maintainability.
