| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国短期内不可能显著改善水环境污染状况的现实，对目前我国的水环境污染治对策提出了不同看法，认为仅将重点放在污染源治理上，会使三亿城市居民长期饮用含污染物的水，对人体健康构成很大危害，这样的对策显然是不全面的。

| Abstract: | Based on the fact that the present water pollution condition will not be greatly improved within short period of time, a suggestion was put forward to emphasize both the treatment of pollution source and the polluted drinking source of water. To prevent the pollutants from entering the human body is as important as to prevent the pollutants from entering the water environment. The economical and social benefit for the treatment of polluted drinking source of water was also analysed. |
