摘    要:建立了皮革中防腐剂IPBC的检测方法。通过试验各主要技术参数确定为:石油醚作为提取溶剂,在35℃的条件下,用超声提取的方式,对阳性样品进行萃取的效果最好。在80℃保持1 min,以10℃/min的速率升至110℃,保持1min,以20℃/min的速率升至220℃,保持1 min,后运行280℃,保持5 min的升温程序下,碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯(IPBC)能得到较好响应时间及面积。当标样的质量浓度为0.5-2.0 mg/L时,线性相关系数≥0.999,检出限为1.0 mg/kg,空白样品的加标回收率为≥60%。

Abstract:The detection method of preservative IPBC in leather was established. In this paper, it is proved that the effect of extracting positive samples is optimal under the main technical parameters, i.e. petroleum ether as the extraction solvent, temperature 35 ℃, with ultrasonic extraction. Under the temperature program such as 1 min at 80 ℃, with 10 ℃/min rate rose to 110 ℃, keep 1min, in 20 ℃/min rate rose to 220 ℃, keep 1 min, run at 280 ℃, keep 5 min, it is obtained a better response time and area of IPBC. The linear correlation coefficient is greater than or equal to 0.999 in the concentration range of 0.5-2.0 mg/L. The detection limit is 1.0 mg/kg, and the recovery is greater than or equal to 60% in the blank sample.
