开孔波折板连接件在组合柱中连接性能的有限元分析

摘    要:采用ABAQUS有限元软件,对已有的设置开孔板的型钢混凝土柱进行模拟分析,应用试验数据验证了模型的合理性.在此基础上,为了研究开孔波折板连接件在组合柱中的连接性能,对具有布置开孔波折板连接件的型钢混凝土柱进行有限元模拟,并将模拟结果与布置开孔板连接件的型钢混凝土柱的模拟结果进行对比,分析了型钢与混凝土接触面处的相对滑移及分布规律、两种连接件的受力情况.研究表明:在组合柱柱身上面布置相同高度的连接件,开孔波折板连接件的连接性能明显优于开孔板连接件.

Abstract:The models of corrugated perforated plates shear connector in composite columns were stimulated by using the ABAQUS software. The test data were applied to validate the reasonableness of the model. On this basis, the finite element software was used to simulate the steel reinforced concrete columns with corrugated perforated plates shear connector in order to research on the link function of corrugated perforated plates sh nector in composite columns. The result of the simulation and the simulation of layout of steel reinforced ear conconcrete columns of the perforated plate connector were compared, and the relative slip of steel and concrete interface place and distribution, the stress of the two kinds of fitting were analyzed. Studies show that the corrugated perforated plate connection performance is superior to the perforated plates shear connector in the arrangement of shear connectors with the same height in composite columns.
