舰船推进轴系物理参数的识别

摘    要:本文给出了识别推进轴系支撑结构物理参数的模型和方法.利用轴系横向强迫振动的位移响应信号,借助于此模型和方法,对舰船柴油机轴系实验台的推进轴系的支撑刚度进行了识别和仿真,获得了良好的结果.

Abstract:This paper analyses the structure features, forced transverse vibration properties and measurement method of ship's shaft systems, and takes out a substructure which consists of a support unit and two segments connected with it, to research the identification of physical parameters of shaft systmes.By means of forced transverse vibration response of flexibility, the transfer matrix between units, and the least square method, the paper presents a identification model in the time domain.Both physical parameters, stiffness and damping of support structures, can be identified by this model.The determination of four state variables in the model is also discussed.With the help of the model and the method, the identification and simulation of Support stiffness of ship's diesel engine shafting test bed are carried out.The desirable results show that the given model and method are useful in practice.
