新型氮化钢25Cr5MoA的试制

摘    要:为满足柴油机柱塞套用材料的要求,开发质量优于38CrMoAlA钢和GCr15钢的材料,研制了一种新型氮化钢25Cr5MoA。首先分析确定了材料的化学成分,然后电炉冶炼得材。试验测定了该钢的CCT曲线,探讨了淬火和回火加热温度对该钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,该钢具有良好的淬透性和较好的综合力学性能。

Abstract:In attempt to develop better materails than 38CrMoAlA steel and GCr15 steel applicated for diesel engine plunger bushing,a new kind nitriding steel 25Cr5MoA was studied .In the first place,the chemical compositions of 25Cr5MoA steel were analysed and determinded,then some the material was obtained through electrosmelting.Its CCT curve was determined by test.The influence of quenching and tempering temperature on the mechanical properties was also studied.The results show that the steel has superior hardenablity and good comprehensive properties.
