Abstract:The current state and development trends of ambient-temperature phosphating technique were reviewed, with the phosphating classification, phosphating coating formation process and its component, factors affecting phosphating, and the method to assess the quality of the phosphate coating to be highlighted. Moreover, the prospect with respect to the development of the phosphating techique was discussed as well.
