单相重合闸自适应零序电流加速保护方案

摘    要:研究了单相重合闸过程中暂态零序电流的特征及其对傅氏算法和傅氏加差分算法的影响。通过理论分析和仿真计算发现暂态零序电流主要由非周期分量和高频分量组成,对于傅氏算法非周期分量的影响占主导地位,而对于傅氏加差分算法,高频分量的影响较大。根据暂态零序电流的特征,提出了单相重合时自适应零序电流加速保护的方案,解决了常规方案需要延时的缺陷。

Abstract:The paper studies the charactersistic of transient zero-sequence current on single-phase reclosing and its influence upon Fourier algorithm and Fourier plus difference algorithm. The fact that transient zero-sequence current mostly contains DC component and harmonic frequency component is detected through theoretical analysis and simulation tests.It also points out that the influence of DC component plays the leading role in Fourier algorithm and harmonic frequency component is more important in Fourier plus difference algorithm.According to the charactersistic of transient zero-sequence current,an adaptive accelerating scheme for zero-sequence current protection on single-phase reclosing is presented to overcome the shortcoming in general schemes which needs delaying.
